Will the case fit any luggage?
No. We are only focusing on certain Rimowa models.
How can I check if it fits my Rimowa?
Make sure you read the description when purchasing and confirm it with the model of your luggage.
Are there any other sizes and colors for the case?
We release a small number each time for each size and color. Join our community to keep updated on the latest drops.
Will the creases go away?
The creases will take some time to settle. We suggest unfolding it and putting it on your Rimowa immediately when you receive your case.
Where does the bag tag go at the airport?
Due to the velcro flap protecting the side handle, you can kindly request the counter to place it on the top handle.
Does the case protect my Rimowa against dents?
Unfortunately, no. During our testing phase of almost 30 trips, our Rimowa was received with some minor dents. It will only reduce risk by minimising the impact, especially at the bubble corners.
How long is the shipping times in the UAE?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, and ship within 2-3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the GCC countries for free.
We offer free international shipping for orders of AED 1000 and above.
International orders below AED 1000 will be charged a flat rate of AED 35.
Are custom duties covered for international shipping?
Yes. we cover all custom duties and taxes for international shipping so you don't have to worry about any extra charge when receiving your purchase.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and unused condition.
Returns are free only within the UAE.

At the moment, we only offer refunds for eligible returns.
